Yes, Chef! A Chicago dinner on offensive security engineering

Every great Chicago kitchen runs on the same trick: a crew far too small to pull off what they pull off, doing it anyway: calm, fast, and dialed in while the tickets stack up.

Sound familiar? That's most security teams. A handful of people covering thousands of engineers, hundreds of services, and more attack surface than any brigade should reasonably plate in one night.

So this is a dinner about how the small crew wins. Offensive security engineering, turning a chaotic line into a system. You bring your appetite and your war stories. Private room & honest conversations about running lean without running ragged.

Named after a champion Shorthorn bull born in 1919, with a quiet nod to Michael Jordan, the greatest of the Chicago Bulls, whose restaurant once stood here. The curved ceiling takes its cue from the railroad cars the building once powered. The walls tell their own story, with Chicago’s cattle history alongside vintage menus from Michael Jordan’s and other iconic restaurants from the city’s past.
