   • Send slides max 3 days prior to the event.
   • Ensure that your slides are visually engaging and easy to read, with clear fonts and graphics.

   • Adhere to your allocated time slot. If you are unsure of your time slot, reach out to Alexandra (alexandra@escape.tech).
   • Please aim to conclude your presentation within the specified time frame to allow for Q&A and to create a smooth event.
3. Engagement With Attendees
   
   • Encourage audience engagement through interactive elements and Q&As.
   • Be prepared to address questions from attendees throughout your talk.
4. Professionalism and Conduct
   
   • Maintain a professional demeanor throughout your presentation and interactions.
   • Respect the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of your audience.
5. Promotion and Social Media
   
   • Feel free to promote the conference on your social media channels and encourage your network to attend. If you have not gotten your branded personalized social media visual, feel free to reach out to Alexandra (alexandra@escape.tech).
   • Use our official conference hashtag (#TEIASConference) when sharing updates or insights related to the event.
